Nordic Walks in 2012

I do regular walks on Tuesdays at 9.30am, Thursdays at 11.30am, Fridays at 12.30pm and Sundays at 9am. Distance varies between 2 mile flat to 6 miles hilly around the beautiful West Sussex countryside. Free taster sessions also available at beginning/end of regular walks. I am now doing a weekly Nordic Walk on Thursdays at 11am in addition to Tuesdays at 9.30am and alternate Sundays at 9am. Walks around Angmering, Arundel, Slindon and Amberley. Come and give it a try. 2 week learn to walk course is only £20 at times to suit you.
