30 minute workout that works!

One of my Personal Training clients has been doing this 30 minute workout in the morning and has already lost about 6lbs but has gained muscle definition. Give it a try. You only need a couple of weights and a step/stair

1 minute of each of following followed by 2 minute rest before repeating 2 times
1. Squats with fitball against wall or freestanding if no ball
2. Press Ups
3. Alternate leg lunges
4. Tricep Dips on bench
5. Step Ups on stairs
6. Bent over row on fitball or in lunge position if no ball
7. Star Jumps
8. Ab curls on fitball or on floor with feet in air if no ball
